Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations for orders that have not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your unshipped order, please contact us at thepigtailconnection@yahoo.com with your order number. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

15-Day Return Policy on  most orders.

Items purchased with overnight shipping are non refundable .

We have a 15-day return policy, allowing you 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags instructions , and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

To initiate a return, contact us at thepigtailconnection@yahoo.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the item. The return label is the customer’s responsibility. There is no restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ARE NON RETURNABLE. Certain items are ineligible for return. Non-returnable items include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Once we accept your return, you can proceed with the separate purchase of the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
